By accessing or playing Per Regna (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install, access, or play the Game.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you confirm that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to play.
We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised versions on our website. Continued use of the Game after such updates means you accept the new terms.
1. License
Parallel Space Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
You may not use the Game if:
- You are under 13 years of age
- You have previously been banned from any Parallel Space product
- You fail to comply with these Terms
When you create a game account (“Account”), you are responsible for all actions that occur under it.
You must not share your Account or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@perrenga.com.
You may maintain only one Account per supported device.
2. License Limitations
You agree not to, under any circumstance:
- Use unauthorized third-party software, cheats, exploits, bots, mods, or automation tools
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or access the Game’s source code
- Gain unauthorized access to other users’ Accounts or the Game’s servers
- Post or transmit abusive, obscene, defamatory, or harassing content
- Encourage illegal or harmful behavior (e.g., threats, self-harm promotion, hate speech)
- Post content that infringes on others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
- Impersonate others or request personal information from other users
- Launch or assist in any attack (e.g., denial of service, virus distribution, exploit attempts)
- Buy, sell, trade, or transfer Accounts or in-game assets outside of authorized channels
- Use the Game in a manner that violates its intended spirit or balance
Parallel Space reserves the right to determine what behavior violates these Terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating Accounts.
3. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or delete any Account that violates these Terms.
Parallel Space may also discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time without notice.
No refunds or compensation will be provided for discontinued access or content.
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting support@perrenga.com and requesting account deletion.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game—including software, artwork, characters, stories, music, sounds, in-game items, and other content—remain the exclusive property of Parallel Space Inc.
You acknowledge that you have no ownership or property rights in your Account, virtual items, or any in-game content.
5. Virtual Items
Virtual items and currency (collectively “Virtual Goods”) that appear or are earned or purchased in the Game remain the property of Parallel Space Inc.
You are granted only a limited license to use Virtual Goods within the Game.
You may not sell, transfer, trade, gift, or redeem Virtual Goods outside of the Game for “real world” money or anything of value.
6. User Content
“User Content” includes any text, images, sounds, or data that you share or upload within the Game.
You agree that:
- You will not post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- You will not share personal or private data (yours or others’)
- You use all community and chat features at your own risk
Although we may moderate content, we cannot guarantee that you will not encounter material that you find offensive or inappropriate. You agree to use the Game at your own discretion.
7. Public Interaction
The Game may include forums, chats, or community spaces where players can post or discuss content.
We cannot guarantee that other users will not use or replicate ideas or information you share.
If you wish to keep information confidential, do not post it publicly.
We may remove or refuse to publish any content for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
8. Purchases and Fees
You may purchase virtual currency (called “Quantum Shards” or “QS”) using real-world money within the Game.
You may only purchase QS through official in-game systems.
Any resale, transfer, or trade of QS outside of the Game is strictly prohibited.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
9. Updates and Maintenance
The Game is an evolving online service.
We may release updates, patches, or modifications from time to time, and you may be required to install them to continue playing.
Parallel Space reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Game without notice.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Parallel Space Inc. makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind—express or implied—including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You acknowledge that your use of the Game is at your own risk.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
If you have a dispute or concern, please contact us first at support@perrenga.com and we will attempt to resolve it informally.
All disputes between you and Parallel Space Inc. shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
